This new festival has myself, Dick Glasgow, at the helm, as Festival & Events Director.

However, I have a team of advisors who are all experienced H D players, with a wealth of performing & organisational skills to their credit, & it is they, who will help me to launch this new event onto Ulster's musical calander.

One of the team, Rick Davis, describes me as a "Co. Antrim traditional music teacher, dulcimist / multi-instrumentalist, and promoter." However I am no expert when it comes to Dulcimers, far from it, in fact I have only been playing the Hammered Dulcimer for three years, but I have been playing traditional music for over thirty years and play a variety of traditional instruments including fiddle, concertina & mandolin.

The Hammered Dulcimers I play are:

12/12 Oakwood

& 16/15 Folkcraft Legend

Yeah, that's me with the receding hair line!
